An outpayment charge to cover bank transaction costs is charged when we make a payment to you. For charities this is the greater of £3 or 0.5% and for non-charities the greater of £3 or 1.5%. To this we add a fixed £7.50 to cover our increased overhead costs since May 2023.
The fee charged covers all 3rd party payment provider transaction fees and also help cover the charitable, administration and continual improvement costs of The National Funding Scheme.
